Very interesting book with lots of science behind magnesium to treat migraines and a few other natural treatments. But written by a neurologist and with the science of conventional science. Also very informative about migraines in general and a little bit about more conventional medicines but not very in depth about them.

I don't know quite how to rate a book like this; it's not really literature, as such. But it's loaded with incredibly useful information, some of which I've used with great success. The bit of advice involving magnesium and vitamin B2 is, by itself, worth the price of admission.

Recommends it for: Headache sufferers
It was the book that made me realize there was so much more that my Neurologist and I could be talking about.

It's been a few years since I read this, but it was a good, basic read on migraines.
