Blake Stimson and Greg Sholette assembled a dynamite collection of essays about the social imagination after 1945. Their introduction about artists' groups in the US since the 1950s is very useful; then the essays on Japanese collectivism, video art, Cuba in the 1980s, Mexico in the 1970s and on groups in the US and Africa were full of new information for me. Excelente!
