Tripped over this by accident at a garage sale and figured I'd give it a read; what a lucky event that was! I found myself laughing endlessly at the myriad of hilarious yet insane situations that can only come from the often surreal environment of the workplace.

Tyler clearly knows the bottom of the workplace barrel and the lunacy it induces, yet handles it in the humorous way artists often do, and the result is a very interesting and unique comic that can easily take up an afternoon of reading

I liked some of these, but I skipped a lot of it. The ones I liked, I loved the politics of.

I wish I'd read this before I'd read her latest ("You'll Never Know"), as I was somewhat disappointed by the artwork--she has come a long way, and I've been spoiled by her last two books! But the stories were funny and sad. So sad that I wanted to crawl into them, grab her by the shoulders and insist to her old self (the self she portrayed in these stories), "Come on! Have a little self-worth!" Still, it was an amusing read that I would certainly recommend to the alt. comics fan.
One of my favorite books ever - Tyler dissects the low-paying, low-glory shitty job culture of America in a non-didactic, hilarious fashion. Read it, laugh, remember, and cringe.
