Wow! Three great paranormal/Christian stories are in this book.

The first one is "Deliver Us from Evil" by Allison Brennan and is the longest. It was VERY good. To my knowledge, this is the first paranormal-type story/book she has written. She should do more! Demons, possessions, love, all that is in this story.

The second story is "Reason to Believe" by Roxanne St. Claire and it was one of her Bulletcatcher series! It, too, had the mystical theme, but more so on talking to the dead or "readings"...more

I had read part of the first chapter in this book and was instantly intrigued. It was like Buffy the Vampire Slayer, in book form, and more grown up.

However, I was surprised to find out that this was more than one story. Just when I was totally enthralled with the one I was reading, it ended. Almost too abruptly for my liking. On to another story, same thing, got into it and it was done. Then a third.

I enjoyed all the stories, just wish they could have all been longer!

The Allison Brennan novella is a prequel to the Seven Deadly Sins series, and in my opinion, a necessary read before getting Original Sin. I like the world and characters. The plot was interesting.

The Roxanne St. Claire story was also good, even if the main couple fell in love a little too easy for my taste. But hey, it was a short story. No time to waste, eh?

Didn't even try the last story by Karin Tabke. I tried to read the first few pages and the writing was so poor, I decided not to waste my...more

I read this after I read Original Sin. I felt lost in Original Sin and I had hoped this book was going to give me the insight I needed for that book. I got to understand some of the characters, but did it help me with other book, not so much. I still enjoyed this book, more so than Original Sin and now will read the next in the series. I am not a quitter and try to finish I series I start. Hopefully the books will begin to develop the characters better and I will start enjoying them.

The first story in this collection was really good. i wish that it had been a full length book. I also really enjoyed the Bullet Catcher story. The final story was so-so. It picked up near then end.

Although I've read all the other books in this series. I'm hesitant to read an anthology. Would much rather this story be a single novella sold separately. Haven't decided to purchase.

Most omnibus books fall short of expectations, this one does not! If you would like to see what paranormal romance is about, try this jewel.

I really wish that I had found this book before I read the 1st Seven Deadly Sins book. I read that one a couple of months ago and felt like I was missing something and really didn't connect with the story. This prequel was just what would have made that book so much better. While I am still not overly fond of the series, this background makes things much more understandable.

The Bullet Catcher story was a fun fast read in that series. The couple had great chemistry and the story interesting.

Redemption by Karin Tabke:
Short, but packed with thrilling action and enough plot to keep my interest.

There are three stories in this book, all supernatural to some extent. I wasn't overly keen on the first story. It was the longest and seemed to take forver to get through.

I thoroughly enjoyed the Roxanne story and the last author who I had never heard of before.

Not bad! My favorite story was the second by Roxanne St. Claire. :-)
Caitie
Only read the Roxanne St Claire story

Rating is for Reason To Believe by Roxanne St. Claire only.

I've actually only read the middle story, the Bullet Catcher novella. So my review only applies to that one. It is a nice, quick continuation of the Bullet Catcher series, but it isn't one of the best in the series. It feels a little rushed towards the end and that probably has a lot to do with trying to condense one of her romantic suspense stories down to 1/3 the length.

Loved Allison Brennan's story. It was great to actually read the prequel to Original Sin.

Roxanne St. Claire - If Bullet Catchers is a series . . . I'm going to have to track it down. I really enjoyed this story.

Karin Tabke - This was a unique story.

It took me long enough (this book was published back in 2008), but I finally read it. All three stories were good. I really want to read more of the Bullet Catchers series, so it's on my reading list. Allison Brennan's story was good, as usual, despite it being about supernatural stuff.

I was glad to finally read the prequel to her sin series! It makes a lot more sense! It is a weird area to delve into! I can't decide if i like it. Otherwise, the characters for the bullet catcher series was interesting. I may be tempted to pick one of these up some time.

i only read Reoxanne St. Claire story but it was great. A Little short for my tastes but full of fun, action and heat.
Ricki
The stories in this were fun and sexy, but the first, "Deliver Us from Evil" by Allison Brennan was my favorite.
