This is a short story, just 15 pages, and it includes two sex scenes. The premise is quickly set up and the characters briefly introduced before they have sex and establish the beginnings of a relationship. There’s not much to either man and their pseudo D/s sex scenes seem out of place without additional context. Yet it’s hot enough if you’re looking for something mostly sex based with a touch of D/s and don’t really care about the characters themselves.

The scene is set quickly with Adam as a w...more

Waffled between 3 and 4 stars---nice writing style and I liked the set up and growing relationship between Adam and Kent, but wanted Adam to have a stronger understanding that he was entering a D/s relationship. This short story is written in Adam's POV and it's clear he's never thought of himself as a submissive--and there's no doubt that will be his role with Kent, and yet the subject is never fully breached. Still, for only 19 pages, there's a lot of story delivered, both Adam and Kent very l...more

This is a short story, nineteen pages long, with a D/s element. The story is too short to really form an attachment to Adam or Kent.

Throughout the whole story, Adam, a young college student/waiter is always angry or irritated except when he is climaxing. Which is often, at least three times in a two hour period.

Kent, the older, established, divorced businessman, comes on strong out of nowhere after a long period of frequenting the same restaurant Adam works in. There isn’t anything to recommen...more

This quickie would be great for a prologue of some interesting story, but it was not. Anyway it was to short.

So-so short m/m encounter between a waiter and an older man who always sits in his section at the restaurant.

Old man in instance of divorce, with shitty personality want a boytoy and chose the waiter at his resto. Bad sex scene with a melange of angry (yeah, in this case it's the good word) domination.
It's sad because I'm sure that it not this perception the writer wanted us to have of his book.
The idea's interesting and I think that it will have been better with a longer story.

I'm a multi-published author of erotic fiction novels and short stories, usually M/M, in the contemporary, fantasy and paranormal genres. I’ve been an author for almost thirty years and got my start on an old typewriter at the age of five and wrote my first novel at fourteen. Starting with the mystery genre, then fantasy, I wanted to expand my writing horizons and found erotica an intriguing subje...more
