A unique voice that is quietly observant, these are stories that would tide you through a bad day. Poignant but not something that would weight you down, the stories are relatively fair when it comes to geographical background, and personally I have found my voice in some of Poon's affably odd characters. If there was an option for 4.5 stars this book would certainly have that from me.
