I had borrowed this book from the library last year and tried some Jan-Feb-March recipes. This year, started from April.

1. Fava Bean and Asparagus Mimosa Salad - it was pretty good.

May 2012
2. The Perfect Asparagus Dish - Simple and tasty.

June 2012
3. Grilled Caesar Salad - We had our doubts about grilling the Romaine lettuce, but it turned out to be the best Caesar salad ever!
4. Mussels with Garlic - Very delicious!!! We loved it.

July 2012
5. Shrimp with Romesco sauce - It was ok.
Lucy Waverman is the food editor of LCBO's Food & Drink magazine. Have tried a few recipes and they all were terrific.
