I didn't read every word on every page of this book, but I still found it helpful and informative. (Other than the section on fertility, the book seemed especially to focus on women in the 40+ age ranges, so not all the information seemed immediately pertinent.) I thought the content of the book was laid out clearly and addressed in a straightforward fashion, and the overall tone was pretty no-nonsense. Gloria
Most of Miriam Nelson's books target a specific topic or part of the body. This is a "total health" book with topics ranging from sex health, mental health, and all physical health topics in between. Friendly and clear style of writing.
