I really liked this book. Such an unusual chain of events. Bungled drug deals / finding nearly $50 million dollars of heroin in a spare tire. You need to read to see who ends up with the goods / who dies / who wins etc.

Average Joe finds a tire full of 99% pure heroin should be good enough. But this is way overplotted, too many law enforcers, and too many drug lords.

Credibility is strained in at least four ways; the most basic is that you can sell drugs and not get in trouble for it.

Ways to shorten: 1) Can do without three chapters of guys playing Hearts, 2) Why such long introductory descriptions of characters who are never seen again?
