Normally small books with snippets of thoughts, quotes, exercises, etc. are ones that I pick up, quickly leaf through, don't think much of, and put back down. This book however, was a different story. The snippets cover various aspects of life and how to better live in the moment. Indian, Greek, Buddhism, Jainism, Thoreau, etc. I love the variation of the concepts and quotes that were chosen for this amazingly concise, compact book. I find myself keeping it close by more often than not.
