Wartime selection of mysteries--more eclectic than most, since it also includes articles, a radio play (a good Ellery Queen), true crime, puzzles, and poetry - "La Belle Dame Sans Merci," and "My Last Duchess" among others. Best stories are by Saki, Dorothy Sayers, and Dashiell Hammett, along with "The Absent-Minded Coterie" by Robert Barr.
