I am both a feminist and a fan of Anthony Trollope and I have long wondered what it is about his novels that appeals to me so much. This collections of articles has given me much food for thought around this issue. Some are more scholarly (contain more jargon) than others, and I am not a scholar, so there definitely are sections I did not "get". But some really spoke to me clearly and provided fresh and exciting insights. In particular, Chapter 9 and Chapter 13.
