I like the way you describe things so vividly. It really breathes life into your characters.
I thought the dialogue done very well!
The plot is a fresh one.
I really enjoyed your descriptions. They were vivid and I could clearly see how deflated Josh was.
Love your descriptions. I could feel what they felt. Very good at showing!

A complicated yet cohesive story that takes the reader through such obstacles as mental health, low self esteem, wrong priorities, abuse, and more. These do not overwhelm the reader by all applying to the same person, but the book most certainly shows us the law of six degrees of separation and how it does or can play out in our lives. The need to be in contact with ourselves and those closest to us is a strong theme.

Conquer all obstacles is an incredibly passionate piece of work. Vandermeulen has created a page turner, and her talent for weaving a story is unmistakeable. The story is complicated, but runs quickly and smoothly. However, if you are a victim of some of the problems outlined in the book, you may find it difficult to read, such is Vandermeulen's talent at writing bringing it to life so to speak.
It is much more than a simple love story, and the strong themes will certainly have you de More...

If you love suspense, I'd give Jo-Anne Vandermuelen a read. She reminds me of Iris Johansen.
