This is the second to last lastest book in the series. This book plays a very important part in the series. Continuing from the rest of the series you find that Massie, the leader of the group is doing oen finaly duty so she can get the secret room that every one is dying to get. But as she goes along to get the room, they discover a tv that connects to the boys therapy class room. When Skye Hamilton manipulates the Pretty Committee with a little golden key to their future, they'll stop at nothing to impress her and do as se pleases. With some help from LBR Layne Abeley to win over her brothers heart, things go all topsy turvy causeing alpha chic Massie to become Skye's LBR cupid slave. She ends up breaking her heart, Derrington's immature shorts wearing heart, and all of her friends hearts as well, but its all worth it, because in they end, they have won and locked in the...more

The continuous drama and problems the Pretty Committee members encounters still captivate my attention. I found myself able to relate to each and everyone of the members in the Pretty Committee. Sealed with a Diss although may seem like a useless book to some individuals, it still presents reality of teenage life. I believe everyone can reate to at least one charater or situation in this series.

If "Gossip Girl" was "Sex and the City" for the high school set (as its cover proclaims), and "Clique Series" is "Gossip Girl" for the middle school set, then it probably doesn't take a close reading to conclude that this is a piece of crap.
Can I push aside 90% of the book that is devoted to consuming luxury goods (in the seventh grade!) and written in grating diction ("gawd", "ah-mazing") to find one positive note? Perhaps Massi...more

The Pretty Committee is everything any girl at Octavian Country Day School envies; their super rich, (well, except for Claire and Kristen) have great clothes and loved by all the guys at the neighboring school. Also, they have just won a secret on campus room stocked with ‘5 electronic foot spas, a movie-theater popcorn maker, a real Starbucks latte machine, 2 racks of spare clothes’ and so on. So what could be the conflict in Massie Block’s (the Pretty Committee leader) life? Well for...more

THis book is a really good book because it shows about every day life and events that can happen. It has teenage crushes, school and i would mostly reccomend this book to girls....but any way works fine. It is intereesting because there are 5 girls trying to get the key to the secret bomb shelter which has ESP to know what the boys at Briarwood are thinking. The secret camera is hiddden in the teddy bear that the boys pass around in their class where they share their "feelings". The gi...more

people looking for things that dont happen in real life
the clique #8 has many things going on it it. If you are looking for something interesting to read that doesnt exactly happen everyday; or to normal average people, this is the book to read. It is like cosmogirl, people,us, and every magazine you can think of put together in an in depth story. I recommend this only if you are looking for what i described, if not than dont waste your time because you WILL critize it, and why would i want that. Overall this is defenitly a well written book. :]

This book was amazing. I could not put it down. Theres just so much going on and so many twists and turns that i just kept reading. It talks about four best friends living in New York going through tons of drama. Lots of stuff happens between these girls, but you will have to read the book to find out!

This book has sooo much drama I was about to explode when I read it. The Clique finally has the key to te most amazing room in OCD, and she needs to get Chris to agree to be Sky Hamilton's date for her party, or else they can kiss the room bye bye. Also The Clique girls need to find dates, and in the secret room, they end up spying on their crushes. I really LOVED this book!

This was an awesome book, but i forgot to add it to my review. I read this book during the first semester of the tenth grade. It was a great book and i thought it was exciting because i like to read all of the series to these books and it was like a follow- up to it. These books has many exciting situations and i always feel like i am in that character'sshoes.

This books starts up where it left off; in the secret room in OCD. THe DSL daters play a trick on them and make them think it's a dark smelly cavern before showing them the real room. There is a t.v. screen where they can watch the Briarwood Boys in one of their classes where they make confessions about stuff and talk about how they feel.

If you know this series, these books have a very similar plot. 5 girls who go to an exclusive private school and call themselves "The Pretty Committee" rule their school and must try to keep up their "diva" status in each of the books. It is fluffy reading, but sometimes that is okay--not everything has to be "War and Peace".

This book was really good. The whole series has been good, but this one was one of my favorites.
This book is pretty much the life and drama of a group of girls. They have their ups and downs, but their life is good. They wear designer clothes, are best friends, and are realyl popular. I love hearing about thier drama.

This book is about 5 girls who are really popular. They have just gotten a secret room that will set them up for 8th grade. The book is fiction and would fall under the Chick Lit. I really liked this book and would also recommend the first 7 books in the series. I also am looking foward to reading the next one coming out.

Amazing book. I loved it. But on the other hand, some of the stuff that happens in the book only appear in movies, not real life--such as hidden cameras and secret spa rooms. But then these girls are extremely rich so i guess that could happen? It's a fun read and I would recommend it to teenage girls.

The Pretty Committee thought they had OCD's best kept secret, the bomb shelter, under their belt. That is until Sky threw another curve ball. In order to secure the room they all need dates to a famous couples party Skye is throwing. More drama and trouble for the 7th grade girls
