This is a fabulous follow-up of Ann's first book. Here she delves more deeply into the subject out of her great knowledge and research in neuroscience. Highly recommended for people of all ages. Great exercises that can help us improve our minds for as long as we live.
Outstanding. We can choose to improve the way our minds work or allow them to go to the negative. Very much like the positive approach here that we can acquire sharper minds--especially if we use Emotional Intelligence and our Strengths.
