An extremely practical manual, situated within a cognitive/behavioural framework, for addressing fatigue and exhaustion in the workplace. Includes action planning toward solving workload, control, and values problems. Would make a great manual for a burnout program.
Very well-structured book that clearly shows the objectives and actions to take to combat the different types of burnout that people can feel. The test up front confirmed what I already knew, or felt, but reading just those sections of the rest of the book made for an efficient use of my time in trying to determine what to do to help with the burnout.
