Pretty, pretty pictures! History, uses, types, methods and alternatives. Sites, maps, reasons, examples and recipes to try this all at home with your book of gorgeous colors, shapes and textures that are Spices and Aromatic Seeds. Anyone that cooks outside of Mac N Cheese from a box should have this on their coffee table!

She has since become a Glenfiddich trophy winner in her own right, and is a leading authority on the use of herbs and spices. She is the literary trustee of the Elizabeth David estate, and worked with Mrs David for many years.
