I have read most of Steve Torres books about Precinct Puerto Rico. I must laugh because there are no Precincts in Puerto Rico they have Police Districts. All they had was the State Police up until 1990 the municipalities started organizing their own security force. Also of the 76 towns in the Island I dont remember any called anguish (Angustia). The story is well written, even though the author is a newyorican, the author did some fair research. It is fast reading and has a good flow. The action ...more
