A variety of short western stories. My favorite was of 18 yr old Tad from Missouri who wanted to be a trapper and arranged to be trained by a famous, strange old trapper who loved mean practical jokes. But this time the joke was on the old trapper.

Edward Asner is an American film and television actor and former President of the Screen Actors Guild, primarily known for his role as Lou Grant on The Mary Tyler Moore Show and its spin-off series, Lou Grant. More recently, he provided the voice of Carl Fredricksen in Pixar's newest film, Up.
