This book was a page turner! Ginger notices a man watching her and her friends while they jog in the park. Her friends don't think that it is unusual for a man to be watching three pretty teen girls. She has a strange feeling about him though. This feeling only grows as she sees the man repeatedly around town. Through some sleuthing, she is pretty sure that she knows who he is. Is she right?

At first glance, Ginger (the main character in Beth Cooley's Ostrich Eye) seems to have her head screwed on right. Nice family -- mom, sister, step dad -- nice boyfriend, good friends. It's when she thinks she finds her biological father, that her life becomes troublesome. The strange man she sees in the park and in restaurants is friendly at first, and when he admits to being her long lost dad, Ginger is intrigued, but wary enough to withhold any news of this stranger from her mom. Having seen the same man at many of the same places where she goes, Ginger wonders whether she should fear this obvious stalker or approach him in the hopes that he may be her long lost father that had walked out of her family's life so many years ago.
