This book proposes that the American Empire will end in one of two ways, either New World Order or Civil War Two, which you could easily call a Race War. Using history as examples, graphs, statistics, and quotes from well known people from popular sources like Time magazine and the New York Times, to show that the outcome of a police state or all out war is inevitable, the latter being most likely. Perhaps the worst book I have read in years

Civil War Two is racist and proud of it. I am sure Mr. Chittum would expect this comment, he wrote, "Watch for minorities and radical whites to cotinue to seize control of American institutions. Our courts, schools, universities, the media, many churches, and many unions have been completely or partially taken over, and politically incorrect dissidents expelled or intimidated into silence". Chittum has served in the U.S Army Vietnam war. Later he fought as an mercenary for Rhodesia and Croatia.

Chittum predicts that the American Southwest will become de facto Mexican territory and thinks the USA might face balkanization.
