This book proposes that the American Empire will end in one of two ways, either New World Order or Civil War Two, which you could easily call a Race War. Using history as examples, graphs, statistics, and quotes from well known people from popular sources like Time magazine and the New York Times, to show that the outcome of a police state or all out war is inevitable, the latter being most likely.
