Trashy, tragic rock'n'roll stories don't get much better than this. Lots of great info about Clapton, Duane Allman and other luminaries. A must-read for any rock fan, even if you never want to hear that 7-note riff again as long as you live. One error: the Allman Bros.' debut LP was not called BEGINNINGS, that was the title of a re-issue containing their 1st album, THE ALLMAN BROTHERS BAND, and 2nd, IDLEWILD SOUTH.
