More of a comment than a full review. Evangeline Anderson is one of my favorite author's so I hate to write a bad review. I just didn't care for this story. The writing was superb and the characters were quite good! It was the overall nature of the aliens that were suppose to be the plot of the whole story, that fell flat for me. I love erotic sci/fi. But in this case it did not work.

If your an obsessive fan like me and ignore the ratings just to say you have read everything by this author, well

Long, kind of boring.

Pretty cool SF story. I thought it would be a love affair between a weird alien and a human, wrong! I loved the developing relationship between the two humans, and how they solved the problem. The ending was a tad too abrupt, and there were editing errors throughout.

Three cheers for hot emo sex that defeats an alien invasion of hungry, human-eating butterfly larvae! Boo that that's so freaking weird!

This was a strange, strange story. I'm glad I really liked the characters of Vince and Laura, because the rest of the story left me cold.

Evangeline Anderson is a registered MRI tech who would rather be writing. And yes, she is nerdy enough to have a bumper sticker that says “I’d rather be writing.” Honk if you see her! She is thirty-something and lives in Florida with a husband, a son, and two cats. She had been writing erotic fiction for her own gratification for a number of years before it occurred to her to try and get paid for ...more
