The gripping conclusion to the continuing adventures of PI (Psychic Investigator) Jack Stein.

I enjoyed the tale, but I think someone unfamiliar with the previous book (The Star Tablet) might be initially confused by some the pre-established relationships the main characters have. The story stood on its own, but I think a little more back-story would have helped to explain what was going on.
