Horrible, just horrible.

If you are healthy, and your mother was healthy, if you can afford the healthy lifestyle and nutrition, if you have a happy life, eat Japanese food and read this New Age book. If not - you are on your own.

Next to zero useful content (in my humble opinion, of course).

As an antidote, I would recommend Living the Low-Carb Life: From Atkins to the Zone Choosing the Diet That's Right for You by Jonny Bowden, Weston Price works, Cure Tooth Decay by Ramiel Nagel, Enzymes: Go W

I'm still reading it but almost finished. Much of it makes much sense. And I prefer to stay focused on my purpose on reading it and on the purpose of the book: how the body works, on the enzymatic level. Much of the info Dr. Shinya gives us is based on his experience as a doctor, so, of course, he keeps referring his work and personal conclusions. Much of it is based on his work, so there are not - for now!!! - other studies supporting (or not) it. It depends on how much each of us trust on more ...more

Saw this book in the library the other day and turned it to a random page, then another random page, and thought that what I read made logical sense regarding health and longevity. Some of his more interesting claims: people with cancer and who follow the Enzyme Factor guidelines have 0% remission rates; there is no oil worse for your body than margarine; drinking milk creates major digestive problems and osteoporosis, and no animals in nature drink milk after becoming an adult, except humans; a ...more

One thing that I remembered after finishing this book:we are the only animal who drink milk in our adult stage, and we are going against nature's law. I find that fascinating. And based on that fact, Hiromi Shinya doesn't recommend us drinking milk for our protein intake because it will only cause another problem/disease. I did change some of my diet (I can't go all vegetarian yet) and it made a difference. Don't know if what he's saying is true or not, but everything that he mentioned made sens ...more

akhirnya terjawab jg mengapa aku jg anakku slalu flu stlh bbrp kali mnm susu. Klo produk turunannya, biasanya diare ringan. Dan benar, aku menganggap itu sbg cara cuci perut alami (which is absolutely wrong!).

This is a very excellent book which informs the reader of the importance of ENZYMES in maintaining a healthy body. Enzymes are the catalysts which facilitate (spark) all life processes in living organisms. The author discusses in detail the foods we should eat (and those we should NOT eat) to sustain and replenish our enzymes. He also discusses in great detail the interrelationships and synergism of the different organs and life processes in the human body and the importance of achieving staces ...more

The Enzyme Factor

When reading Dr.Shinya's book "The Enzyme Factor" you will be awakened to an entire world of nutrition that you probably never knew anything about! No matter how much good healthy food you eat, it can not be utilized without enzymes which are destroyed when you heat food to over 118 degrees.

In his book Shinya explains the tragic circumstances that lead him to create the colonoscopy. The death of his wife and illness of his children motivated him to find a way to see what was hap

Vaya rollo.

Eat enzymes, and live.

While I consider everything to be a metaphor, I was extremely enamored with the concept of "source enzymes" and that it exists in a finite amount in our body and only further depletes as we age. Use it all up and game over because enzymes can only found in living things.

Dr. Hiromi Shinya takes a personable and yet candid approach in conveying his decades of medical experiences filled with thousands of patients and meticulous clinical studies as a gastroenterologist. Movin

Menarik!

Shinya memberikan pernyataan yan

Lots of very interesting, common-sense information about health habits. I find the theory that disease, decay and death happen when the body exhausts its supply of "source" enzymes very intriguing. The man seems to know what he's talking about, doesn't offer panaceas or easy ways out--he basically says that almost all diseases are lifestyle diseases, and offers his reasons. Everything is a factor, from diet to sleep habits to exercise to relationships to attitude.

I was also intrigued by his ide

Probably one of the best health books I have ever read. I have built a respect for Professor Shinya, since he wrote based on his many years observations and thousands of professionally handled cases. Thank God he wrote the book so many of 'health truths' we believed all these times were uncovered, such as...drinking cow's milk can cause you cancer! (if you drink it regularly, obviously, which many of us humans do)

Volved a leer esa frase, volved a pensarlo.

Hindari produk-produk susu seperti susu sapi, keju, yoghurt, produk-produk susu lainnya.
