I like the addition of the dynamic Cass, but Arwyn's personality slides a bit into "unlikeable" terrirory in this episode. The prologue--recounting the adventure that first bound Arwyn to her now-deceased husband--is excellent, but the rest of the story is a little slap-dash.

And I know I sound like a broken record, but the art is, again, fantastic.

Reprints Sojourn #19-24. A look into Arwyn's life before Mordath and Arwyn's quest for the fragments continues to the desert. Sojourn is a strong Crossgen series, but very little happens in this stretch of the series. The flash back issue is interesting and if the series had gone on for longer it would have been nice to see other flashbacks.
