Got this from the library for my teenage son who's been looking for ways to revamp his diet as part of his football training. I started reading it and didn't put it down. The nutrition information is smart, practical advice for all.
Super simple look at changing your eating life style. It's not a diet at all. It's a way of living and it is actually doable, unlike most "diet" books.
Really enjoyed this book-mostly for the smoothie recipes and the yummy banana-oatmeal pancakes! Most of the stuff in this book I already knew; however, I feel it would really benefit someone who has little knowledge about what good nutrition really is!
