loved it so in reality a 4 1/2 star. i did not expect to like it that much. i really did not know that much about kathie lee gifford. she's a celebrity and that is not alot to recommend someone in my opinion. what do i know except too much hollywood can give everyone a bum rap. this is geared more for women and probably more for older women like myself. Funny, touching, honest biography from a very classy lady. She's written other earlier biographies, but this is the only one I've read. I laughed, I cried. She writes as if you (the reader) are her best friend. I like her values and enjoy watching her on the the Today Show. Will read it again.

I enjoyed hearing Kathie Lee Gifford read--and sing. She has a wonderful enthusiasm in the audio version. Her stories were interesting, but too often had Hallmark feel-good everything's-going-to-turn-out-all-right-no-matter-what endings that felt sometimes gratuitous.

I really like Kathie Lee but this book was just some nonsense reading that I wanted to read. It was funny. There were some very funny stories of her life But like I said I wanted to read a funny book.
