When I first found out I had Celiac disease, my mom bought me this cookbook as a gift. Well, it's been a while now and I think I've pretty much tried everything in the book. I like that these recipes are easy to follow and take only 30 - 40 minutes to prepare most things, with the exception of breads, since they take longer.

More for kids really than this adult. Not really all that impressed with it, not one to add to the wishlist. The recipies aren't bad but they're quite basic. It also is quite geared to a US audience so some of the suggested supplies are quite difficult to obtain in Ireland.
Cool little gluten free cookbook with easy, practical recipes that don't cost a fortune and actually look like they might taste good! Yay! :-D
I think I just want to adapt my own recipes rather than make weird specialty recipes. Or maybe I'm still too new to this.
