Maybe it was a bad idea to read this right before going to bed. Firstly, because I started thinking I will only read volumes 1 and 2 but then ended up reading the whole thing, and picking up the creators next series. Once you start this make sure you have all the volumes because you will need to know who the wolf is.

Okay, let me explain the game that this series is about, Doubt Rabbit. There is a group of people (the rabbits) but amongst them there is a hidden killer (the

Usually, I'm not into horror anything. I can take it better in books and manga perhaps because I can take it slower. The sudden burst in adrenaline is what I hate - especially if it's those jump-scares. Takes a while for my heart to get back to normal as I'm cursing up a storm. My friends tease me about forcing me into a horror movie showing, only to get my angry response. I seriously can't take jump-scares and mutilation. I start to imagine what's going inside a

So, this is review is for the overall series.

I finished reading the entire series on January 16, 2011.

So... The series is about a few teenagers who get stuck in an abandoned hospital and must play a game called Rabbit Doubt, or Bunny Doubt or something. I think it's the first one. Int he game, there is a wolf and the rest of the players are rabbits. The wolf will keep killing people one by one till there is no one left but the wolf. So the players have to figure out ho the wolf is and kill him o

Doubt Vol 1 and Vol 2 by Yoshiki Tonogai are two books that I have seen multiple times as I go through the book shelves looking for American graphic novels at my local library. I doubt read Japanese Manga, an art form I appreciate but never really developed a taste for. It is something I associate with my daughter when she was a teenage girl. A type of storytelling that I always thought she would just grow out of. Even though I never used that rule as it would apply to me and American comic ...more

This is one of those manga series that you're not really sure is going to be what you think it's going to be. And then it's not what you think you think it's going to be. And then you think it will be what you think it should be.

I'm not sure where I'm going with that. Either way, it was an interesting read; reminds me a lot of Gantz except less bloody. Which is funny, when I think about it. Doubt had the lucky draw that I'm bloody terrified of scary bunnies, so that added to the creepiness fact

Joukko Susi vs. Kanit -kännykkäpeliin koukkuun jääneitä nuoria löytää itsensä hylätystä sairaalarakennuksesta, ja sitten peli muuttuu todeksi: yksi tytöistä murhataan ja muiden käsivarsiin on tatuoitu viivakoodeja, joilla sairaalan ovia voi avata.

Yoshiki Tonogain neliosaisessa mangassa "Doubt" (Punainen jättiläinen, 2013) on sinänsä ihan jännittävä ja mielenkiintoinen juoni, kun nuoret yrittävät selvittää onko heidän keskuudessaan murhaaja, vai onko kaikki jonkun pirullisen ulkopuolisen käsialaa

Yoshiki Tonogai can make me glued and thrilled to read what’ll happen next to this group. He can also force my brain to try finding out who is the wolf. It was an engaging story. I am glad that my guess on the wolf was half right half wrong, Tonogai made a good twist at the end…a very good twist if I may add.

However, there are some parts that don’t fit together. I keep trying to find if I have misread it somehow. But I couldn’t find any missing information no matter how many times I read it. I’m

A good short manga (20 Chapters) for those who love suspense and thrill. I am surprised that they did not produce a movie out of it yet.

While this manga is often categorized under "Horror", one would expect that it will contain extreme gore. However, the violence and blood is still on shonen levels (Death Note, Full Metal Alchemist.. etc)

As mentioned, this manga is short and it took me around 3 hours to go through.

I recommend Doubt even for non-manga readers.

I enjoyed the story but there were some sloppy moments where it felt like the transaction or the switching between scenes was abrupt instead of being smooth. Other than that I was not expecting the ending, I had suspicion of a certain person at the beginning but then the writer was able to take it away x) I would nonetheless suggest it :)

When I was at the library and looking through the manga section, this book just happened to catch my eye. Albeit I'm not usually a horror type of person, I decided to read it. Little did I know that this would be a manga that I would think about when it's dark and scary at night. When I finished the first volume, I decided not to continue reading it because I was scared, but I was so fascinated and curious that I kept on reading it anyway. The plot of Doubt is centred around a popular (also ...more

I'm hugely into Paranoia-type games, particularly one extremely similar to "Rabbit Doubt," the fictional cell phone game popular in this manga - that game being Werewolves. In this version, all the participants play as "rabbits," while one is, in fact, a wolf in rabbit's clothing, masquerading as a comrade but throwing off their game, killing the bunnies. Figure out who is the wolf and you win - take too long and you could be his next victim.

But what happens when a group of high schoolers obsess

Rabbit Doubt centers on 6 young adults who were thrown in a reality game called Rabbit Doubt. The purpose of the game is to find the wolf within the group of players before everyone gets killed. That sounds interesting for a fan of this type of genre. I enjoyed this manga to be honest. Its a great diversion from the other books i have to read for this year. I do have a good guess of who the wolf is. AND I WAS RIGHT. What made me finished is the situation of all characters. How would the mangaka ...more

This is the first book of the Doubt series. I currently have book two on it's way through the post to me.

I absolutely love this Manga, it's everything I could ask for and reminds me a little of the Saw films. That doesn't do this manga any justice at all to be honest but I did enjoy the concept of Saw and so far it's a little bit like Doubt.

The characters in this Manga are nicely developed, letting us know as much as we need to about the people. They are all players of a hit Japanese game call

I don't really read manga much(well, am planning on reading Death Note -series). I've read all the 4 volumes of Doubt now.

I was in a book store, looking for Death Note -manga, when this book caught my attention. Nice cover-art (I've got some thing about bunnies obviously, heh), it made me pick this up and check it out. Interesting story setting (and, relatively short and complete series, yay - sometimes I'm impatient and want something with a finish as opposed to a long series that has ~100volum

Doubt is an interesting horror manga. It revolves around a mobile phone game where users are locally assigned either the role of rabbit or the wolf. The goal of the rabbit(s) is to successfully locate the identity of the wolf, whereas the goal of the wolf is to sew seeds of dissent and confusion among the rabbits. A wolf within a group of friends takes this premise too far, and our group awakes in an abandoned building of some kind with one of their friends dead and crucified to a wall.

For the whole manga:

Personally, this is my favorite type of story. It's fast-paced, gripping, and it had me on the edge of my seat the entire time. Looking over some other reviews, I can see why a lot of people weren't psyched about the story because, admittedly, there are a few plot holes. Also, the story is extremely short (only 20 chapters) so there wasn't much time to add in character development.

However, I think the lack of general background knowledge really added to the story in the sens
