By far the finest (and for some reason smelliest) Mucha collection I've come across in years of obsessive absorption in his work, this beast also includes a section of his photography - much of which I'd never seen and all of which is wonderful - and preliminary sketches that are somehow just as stunning as their full-color counterparts. I'm taking my time slowly with this one, since you can get lost in even the smallest details of his work, and the publisher has done an amazing job of reproduc...more
