I used the 2009 edition.
This book was not very helpful at all in planning our future vacation. We are not too familiar with this area and are researching hotels. The hotel descriptions were very vague. The whole book is printed in a drab orange text and diagrams, and there are no photographs of the locations. Overall, a very uninspriring book for such a beautiful location.
I gave this book five stars, mainly because I'm really excited to go to Mexico in a few weeks. The book seemed helpful enough. It provided lots of details about all the places we plan on visiting and admission prices and highway info and all kinds of things. I guess I'll find out how accurate it all is once we get down there.
This came in very handy a few times while I was there. The only problem I had was the prices of most things turned out to have gone up compared to what was listed in the book.
