    <body><![CDATA[This book reminded me of Edgar Allen Poe.  There Ghosts at the start and end.  Catherine and Heathcliff were very controlling but the others in the story let it happen.  The story did strike a cord since Heathcliff was adopted and thought to be a gypsy.
