I'll be doing an interview with Deborah Simmons on Feb 17th on Facebook.

Yay! Finally Kit's story. I loved The Dark Viscount and couldn't wait for his turn to find love. Remember "The Ninth Gate", that old movie with Johnny Depp as a rare book dealer who gets sucked into a conspiracy while looking for a rare copy of a demonic text? Imagine this book as that movie, without Johnny Depp of course, adding a little vanilla-flavored love between a gentleman farmer who's a boy scout in training and a young lass who dresses and acts like a young Indiana Jones.

It was okay. Definitely should not be categorized as a historical romance, however.

"Non ti mancano le avventure di un tempo?" Quali? Le uniche avventure della mia vita le ho vissute con te." "E tutti i viaggi e le trattative per l'acquisto di libri antichi?" "Quelle erano transazioni noiose con vecchi antiquari pomposi..."

Not a bad read although the whole 'quest' did seem rather pointless!

A nice love story, but the quest seemed to take the attention away from the characters and spent too much time on 'The Malory book'
