First of all, it was a nice, suspenseful story with a pretty edge of your seat finale. I have not read any others in the series so there were probably some facts I missed, but the plot still hung together well.

This was a really good book. Lots of suspense and intrigue. I didn't know when I first started reading it that its #6 in the Bear Claw Creek Crime Lab series. So it took a little figuring out to catch up with some of the going ons, but I was able to do it. So I guess it could be a standalone book. Though now I'm eager to read the whole series. Very action driven, and the romance only works because there was a previous relationship. Ok, but not mind-blowing.

First book I read in this series and I really liked it. Not my fav hero but I like this writing style. The Cell twists and finale in the tunnels were both exciting. I like the spy aspect too.
