I listened to the audio version of this and it was inspiring, motivating and wonderful to hear. Gary will get you focused on goal-setting and living a more disciplined, focused and moral life, all leading to greater happiness and peace. Don't miss this! It is a perfect companion to his 100 Day Challenge ( that is all about achieving the same thing. I am participating in that this year and can attest to its power.
