I liked ths - I especially liked that everything described in the blurb has happened by page 20 so instead of spending ages building up the tension, it launched straight into it. I liked the characters and how they had a short backstory which wasn't overpowering. While I liked the plot, I found after a while that there were too many people to keep track of and I was confused. Also they kept trying to recap everything that had happened but this just made me more baffled. I would read more of ...more

Well, it was nice to dive back into the adventures of Delillo and Harrison. Frost develops their characters and relationship well in this 5th installation. A very interesting villain really keeps the suspense going, all until the extremely disappointing ending. I won't spoil anything, because spoliers are just wrong, but the ending is such a letdown, it ruined the book for me, so I figured I'd review it so other Frost fans could have the opportunity to avoid this book.

Really enjoyed this book only problem was that the ending seemed a bit rushed. With so much build up to it i thought it would be a bit more detailed but overall a really scary and thrilling read!
