At first glance it may seem simplistic , but it is actually valuable information presented simply. It serves as a reminder to take nothing for granted.To not rely on what you may think is common sense. To know your company's policies and most importantly--- Know your rights!

If you are new to corporate america or about to retire, this book is very essential. It is a quick and easy BUT powerful read. I recommended it to EVERYONE!
