Very informative- everything you need to know if you want to fight a speeding ticket in CA. I signed up for a 'ticket killer' website for $25---everything that they had on their website is in this book. Go to your local library and check this book out for free.

I'd never practice law without the help of Nolo Press. Should American law schools be so sensible as to start assigning this stuff, rather than esoteric 17th century cases, as required reading. . .
