The more I read the more depressed I became about the sisters in this anthology! Yes, very different types of sisters, very different viewpoints, and for the most part mostly negative experiences. I have 3 sisters and I have 3 daughters. Not everything was always wonderful for us all of the time, but there were definitely more good times than bad! Are we so unusual? I guess I would have liked for a few more of the entries to be positive. Fortunately the last entry about the Delaney sisters made ...more

My sister passed away this month so I picked this up for comfort. How timely. I laugh and get teary, just wish I could have shared this great book with her. "...the word love seems not enough".
