This is the sequal to Enchiladas, Rice and Beans which is also a collection of short stories from Tecate, Mexico. I really enjoyed the first book -- Reveles is an excellent storyteller who really captures the pride and beauty of Mexico and its people. I therefore had high hopes for this book and was not at all disappointed. This book is, indeed, full of love, faith and magic. It made me smile, laugh, and write down little quotes here and there.
