War Brothers by Sharon E. McKay is a novel about child soldiers. A kid named Kitino Jacob is abducted from his Catholic school by the Lord's Resistance Army, led by the terrorist Joseph Kony. Despite their name, the LRA isn't Christian. Eventually, Jacob and his friends escape. But will they safely make it home? Read the book to find out! :)

For characters, I like Jacob, trying to escape the evil LRA and Joseph Kony. I hate Joseph Kony because he's evil. I dislike the events in the boo More...

The title of the book is war brothers and the author is Sharon E. Mckay. The book is about a couple of friends who get kidnapped by The Lords Ristance army.I would recomend this book to people who want to learn about child soldeirs.
The best thing about the book is when all of the friends escape from the lords resistance army. The worst part of the book is when the leader of the army makes tony kill his friend.

One of the most astonishing books I have ever read. A must read book for pre-teens and beyond. A descriptive view of kids just like us going through their life in a growing insecure country. We are lucky today that we don't have to go through that and grateful that peace it at our site in our community.

this book was one of my favourite books that I have read in the 3rd term. This book was a big new flash for me . This book was all about the rebals in Uganda and about was awful things these kids go threw everyday . Like these are kids that are our age and they're having to kill each other. But I really liked this book because it really gave me a good understanding about what happens and also was you can do to help .
