My Review

What happens when a prophet of God refuses to do the will of God? Jonah has already carried out one mission for God in Samaria so he understands his calling and what needs to be done. However, when the angel appears again and instructs Jonah to visit Nineveh in Assyria and tells Jonah to carry out one message, tell them to repent, Jonah is enraged. Assyria is the enemy of Israel, Jonah swears he will never step foot in that land, but what’s a prophet to do once he refuses to obey Adonai

There is Omar the ship's owner just trying to make o ...more
