If you are like me, a passion of mine is baking. Now, I can make a mean chocolate chip cookie when I focus and fail to rush the process, taking time to chill the dough and soften the butter organically [not via Chef Mic(rowave)]. If I don’t take the proper steps, I end up with flat-as-pancake cookies burnt on the edges and stuck to the pan.

Cakes you would actually make! I would prefer a photo of every recipe, but they don't do to poorly with nearly a picture per every two cakes. Recipes include fancy cakes, trifles, cupcakes, cookies, pan desserts... all starting with a cake mix. It also has a fairly comprehensive section in the front with basic tips and vocabulary. One of the most usable cookbooks I've gotten all year!
