Recommends it for: Lovers of dark humor and sarcasm
Shelves: adult

This review is from: Merlin's Charge (Paperback)

Merlin's Charge is the kind of book you'll want to finish without interruption and then reread because you'll want to keep the characters with you.

Aaaargh. Someone slap me on the head. Now. Please. 23 pages in and I can no longer abide the inane ramblings of Merlin trying to man up the oafish Arthur, the oafish Arthur trying to understand Merlin's ramblings, silly Parsifal in search of the Holy Grail (if only he knew!). This tale has neither rhyme nor reason and I'm moving on.
