I'll be the first to admit that I don't really get into short stories. I like having time and connection and development.
That said, I do read some lately for a myriad of reasons. I like finding out the reasons people avoid one another and the creative ways found to get through a person's psyche and past traumas.
This story does that nicely with the Dom/s relationship established and played through.

This could have been okay to quite good if it had been fully development. Instead it read more like an outline with a few scenes here and there realised.
