"Wealth Out of Ashes" is hard for me to describe, and hard to review. Sometimes the writer's style seemed a bit stiff to me - yet, there were parts of the book that really made me sit up and take notice. Throughout, the book encouraged me to think about my true priorities.

I must admit, I wasn't expecting much- as an atheist, the entire premise of such a book seemed silly. How could the Bible render any useful advice about modern problems like the financial crisis this book seeks to capitalize on? It turns out, it cannot. I had a hard time giving this book the one star minimum.

“Wealth out of Ashes” is filled with biblical verses that show by example our relationship with God and how it strengthens when we show good stewardship of his money. It stresses the importance of eliminating debt, disciplining oneself to frugal spending, and how faith and obedience brings greater wealth out of crises including money matters.

Won on first reads. As the world lost a great lady when my wonderful friend, Ramona, just passed away, this review will serve for her. She will be dearly missed and cancer will be cursed for taking her from us so young.



Very interesting and thought prevoking. I liked that there were some ideas for prayers/things to say to help those who can't be able to ask God/universe for help.

Won through good reads give away, I read through the book quickly and need to go back and reread it and devour it slowly. There is a lot in here that would make us not only wealthy but rich in the right reasons. It doesnt all mean it is money rich either.
