buku ini mendapat beben berat karena judulnya. tawaran yang mereka berikan terdengar biasa-biasa saja. buku ini berisi sebuah hantaran ringan dan terlalu sederhana.
bagi siapa saja yang beragama dan ateis dan ingin tahu secara ringkas tentang agama yag lain, silahkan baca buku ini, namun jangan berharap banyak akan persepsi yang akan diberikan. ini mungkin sebuah langkah kecil untuk saling mengenal. ga salah kan??

I like this book. it was, like I already said in my status update, not an easy one.
I wanted to read it with attention, but I noticed that I could handle only so much at a time. So from time to time I put it away and thought about it.
I will not tell the outcome of the book, it would spoil the reading fun. I must say, that the writer did (for me) a good job in finding in every religion / way of life something that made me think "Hey, that could be true. I can find something More...

Le Roi d’un peuple sans religion va organiser un grand tournoi où chaque grande religion du monde va envoyer un émissaire. Tournoi au terme duquel une des religions sera choisie pour le peuple.
C’est une fable oui. Mais ni simple ni simpliste.
L’idée est originale pour nous faire découvrir un peu l’essentiel de chaque religion ainsi que les arguments de leurs détracteurs.
Il reste que je ne comprends toujours pas grand-chose au bouddhisme et à l’hindouisme malgré le propos i More...

Récit construit comme un conte philosophique. Le roi d' un pays imaginaire organise un concours entre les différentes religions pour déterminer laquelle sera la meilleure pour son peuple. Un texte court mais loin d' être inintéressant.
