I probably would write a better review of this book if I was to cover the various chapters and discuss the themes presented there in the logical order in which they appear. Better minds than mine have thought for hours and days over the order of this book and the order of its various chapters. Instead, there are things I want to talk about that Bourdieu and this book have had me thinking about and so this is really only going to be a kind of sideways from the page review of this book.
